Sunshine Coast - Pilates and Yoga

Exercising on the road is a big focus for me, often I just use YouTube videos to get in a workout. But I miss the Pilates Reformer machines, the weight resistance is great training and I wanted to find some classes since I was spending 2 months in one spot in the Sunshine Coast area of Queensland, Australia.

The crazy part is that i found an instructor I know from Las Vegas in the sweet town of Maroochydore. Confirmation for me, so glad to see a friendly face and my body was super grateful to get things moving again. I also found another great instructor there and a great yoga class with a friend on Monday nights in Buderim, nearby.
